On their own device
Send a single link and the person reads and replies on their own phone, in their own language, with the interface in it too. Where the subject is sensitive, that is the difference between a disclosure and a silence. The shared screen at a desk is there when it suits better.
Nothing to install
It runs in the browser you already have, on the machines you already use. The other person installs nothing and creates no account.
Fidelity scoring
Per-turn scoring, below-threshold revision before delivery, and a clarifying question where the source is ambiguous. Not an add-on.
Transcripts and audit
Every conversation reviewable afterwards, with the score attached to each turn at the time. Administrative actions are recorded in a log nothing edits or deletes.
Continuous development
The product is improved continuously and every improvement reaches you automatically, in the browser you already have. Nothing to update, no version to migrate to, no upgrade to buy. Speech in and out, document translation and more languages arrive on your plan as they land.

Onboarding assistance
Setting up the organisation, its groups and permissions, your languages, terminology and templates, and a briefing for staff on what the markers mean and when to stop and book an interpreter. How much of it we do alongside you is what separates the plans.

Cancel at any time. No annual commitment, no minimum term, no notice period, and no penalty for stopping. If it is not earning its place in a month, stop paying for it.
