Getting started

Register and we’ll set up your organisation on the system.

Key information

Your staff team size and commonly used languages determine which tier fits. Plans run month to month, with an initial one-month commitment.

Agree boundaries

Decide which conversations will always go to a qualified interpreter. The safeguards page is a good starting point and is deliberately conservative. Whatever you choose becomes part of your staff guidance, so they have access to it when needed.

Settings

Once the organisation is set up, staff sign in using a passkey or username and password, backed by two-factor authentication.

Speaking your language

Personalising everything from languages, terminology, local schemes and form names to the level of formality, openings and explanations staff use most often. Terminology, formality and templates are set. What you get covers each of them.

Staff briefing

The user guide is a quick, easy read written for staff.

Go live

One team or duty desk usually goes live first. Transcripts and per-turn scores are available from the first conversation.

Reviews

We examine issues with you, considering conversations held, languages used, scores and where staff stopped. Vocabulary, templates and boundaries are then adjusted. Your service can also feed into the independent academic validation that has been arranged. It is optional and does not breach data protection.

Share your dynamic

How many staff are involved, which languages are commonly used and what happens when nobody in the building speaks the client’s language?.
