Cookies
There is no cookie banner on this site or in the application, because every cookie either sets is one the law allows without asking.
Who this covers
INT6 Ltd, a company registered in Scotland, number SC547705, trading as INT6, which builds and holds InMyWords. It covers this website, inmywords.chat, and the application, app.inmywords.chat. It is reviewed once a year and whenever a cookie is added or changed.
Why there is no banner
The Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations require consent before a cookie is stored, except where it is strictly necessary to provide a service the person has asked for (regulation 6(4)). Every cookie below is of that kind. None is used for analytics, advertising or tracking, and none is shared with anyone, so there is nothing to ask consent for.

Each is sent only over HTTPS, cannot be read by a script on the page, and is withheld from requests another site makes in the background.
Stored in your browser
- Panel sizes. On the two-screen conversation page, the width and height you drag its side panels to are kept in your browser, so they are the same next time.
- Document view. On a translated document, whether you last chose to see it laid out or as text.
- Nothing else. Neither is sent to us; both stay on your device until you clear them.
Cloudflare
- In front of both sites. Every request reaches us through Cloudflare, which may set its own strictly necessary cookies to tell people from automated attacks. They are described in Cloudflare's cookie list.
- The contact form. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to stop automated spam. It runs on that page only, and what it collects is set out in Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy addendum.
